Kevin Roginson became the first men’s cross country runner to win a meet at the Division II level after crossing the finish line first at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational.
Senior women’s tennis player Hayle Scanlan
finished her career as the program’s all-time
leader in singles wins (47) and doubles wins (46).
Senior men’s tennis player John LeMar graduated as the program’s all-time leader in doubles wins with 33.

in Birmingham, Ala., finishing 13th in
the country in the 5,000-meter run.

The Daemen women’s volleyball team had
a historic season, capturing the East Coast
Conference regular season championship,
finishing as the ECC Tournament runners-up,
earning the program’s first NCAA Tournament
bid, and finishing as runners-up in the NCAA
East Regional Tournament.
Daemen President Gary A. Olson was
elected vice chair of the NCAA Division II
Presidents Council.
Track and field standout Zach Laird was
named the team’s MVP after setting a
new team record in the javelin on multiple
occasions while also earning all-conference
honors.
