U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges 

For the second consecutive year, Daemen has been ranked among the best universities in the country in the prestigious U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges rankings. 

The best colleges rankings also included Daemen in its special social mobility category, measuring how well institutions graduate students who have received Pell Grants. On the 2021 list, Daemen is ranked No. 17 among national universities in New York State and one of only two private colleges in the Buffalo Niagara region listed in the top 20 for social mobility. 

Money Magazine Best Colleges in America 

Money Magazine also acknowledged Daemen as one of the 2020 Best Colleges in America for educational quality, affordability, and student outcomes. 

The yearly list features 739 of the top colleges and universities in the country, including prestigious institutions such as Yale University, Middlebury College, Temple University, Drake University, and Siena College. Daemen is one of five private institutions in the Buffalo Niagara region named to the 2020 list. Rankings are based on 27 measures in the areas of quality of education, affordability, and outcomes. 

Wall Street Journal/Times Higher Education 

For the fifth consecutive year, Daemen has been ranked nationally in the prestigious Wall Street Journal/Times Higher Education (WSJ/THE) college rankings. 

Daemen is one of only three private colleges in the Buffalo Niagara region named to the 2021 list, which includes nearly 800 of the best colleges and universities across the country. According to the list, “the college rankings are a pioneering ranking of U.S. colleges and universities that puts student success and learning at its heart. The rankings include clear performance indicators designed to answer the questions that matter most to students and families when making one of the most important decisions of their lives – who to trust with their education.”
