Daemen Hall, which opened in 1949 as Rosary Hill College’s theater studies building and has been used by a local nonprofit since 1991, was reclaimed for campus use in fall 2025.

The hall is outfitted with state-of-the-art instructional technology to facilitate course offerings, special events, and guest lectures.

During Daemen University’s 2026 spring State of the University, President Gary A. Olson announced that the institution will be undertaking a major construction project to transform Daemen Hall into the new home of the physician assistant program.
